We are a dedicated team, who provide a wide variety of safety-related services and training courses to a broad cross-section of industry.

We work with you to understand your operational requirements in order to provide a user friendly, practical and tailored solution to suit your individual or business needs, whilst meeting legislative requirements.

Our core business is simplifying safety, environmental and quality control legislative requirements and applying them to your business.
All nationally recognised training, when a learner is deemed competent at the completion of their training, will be issued with a Statement of Attainment Competency / High Risk Work License in the unit in which they have enrolled by our partnering Registered Training Organisations: Talented Training RTO #45144 ,  All High Risk Training Pty Ltd RTO #91463 and Allen's Training RTO #90909

These units describe the skills and knowledge required to operate plant to lift carry, place & move materials. This unit applies to those in a site based role. Licensing, legislative, regulatory and certification requirements that apply to this unit can vary between states, territories, and industry sectors, and must be sourced from state jurisdictions prior to applying this unit. This unit alone does not provide sufficient skill to load and unload equipment. To perform this activity safely, personnel must either complete or be assisted by someone who has completed RIIHAN308F Load & Unload Plant or equivalent.

The work required in this unit relates to the National Standard for High Risk Work these unit may not provide a High Risk Work licence.(depending on boom height) Licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements that may apply to this unit can vary between states, territories and industry sectors, boom hights and must be sourced prior to applying this unit.

V.O.C

Current industry regulations require employers and ‘persons conducting a business undertaking’ (PCBU) to ensure their workers can clearly demonstrate their ability to perform the tasks related to their job role when plant is used. Refresher Training or, as it’s called in the industry, a ‘Verification of Competency’ (V.O.C.) is a method of assessment that can be used to demonstrate the worker’s ability to operate equipment and/or undertake the responsibilities of these roles.
